Returns and exchanges 

Returns and exchanges are only available for orders placed in the UK. Please note the sale of all items placed outside of the UK are final, and therefore not eligible for a return or exchange. 

You have 14 days from the date you have received an item to request a return or exchange. Any time after this the order is unfortunately no longer eligible for a return or exchange. 

Items are refundable for store credit only

Sales on any items in the Fear Of God Essentials Collection is final

Shipping costs are non refundable, the refund will only be the value of the item purchased. 

To create a return, please email us at support@topflightuk.co.uk, where the address for returns will be provided. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping costs of a return, and these must be covered by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service, such as Royal Mail special delivery, as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit on the way to us. We also strongly recommend sending items back double boxed, with bubble wrap or any other suitable packaging materials to ensure the item is protected from damage in transit. 

YOU MUST OPEN A RETURN WITH US FIRST BEFORE SENDING THE ITEM BACK. 

You may also exchange your item for store credit, or another size. Please note that some sizes of the same item vary in price, and you will be required to pay the difference if the size you require costs more. If the size you require costs less, you will be refunded the difference. 

When we receive an item for a return or an exchange, it must be in the same condition it was sent out in. If there are any signs of wear, or if there is any damage to the original packaging of any items we receive the right to refuse the return/exchange and the item will be sent back to you, or charge a fee to cover the damage of the item.

Faulty and damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method. 

For an item to be classed as faulty or damaged, it must have a clear sign of wear (e.g creasing), major stitching flaw, or major glue spillage. Please note that minor stitching, minor glue marks, and other minor marks are very common and therefore not eligible for a refund/swap. An item's box is not included under damage, only damage to the item itself. 

For certain items, such as Jordan 4 GS sizes, a pair will only be accepted as faulty if it is below the average standard. If the quality control is average for a pair, it will not be accepted as faulty and therefore only be returnable for store credit. 

 

Exchanges
We accept trades/exchanges for other items, there may be applicable fees based on the item you wish to trade. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to exchange it, any time after this and the item is no longer eligible for an exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

 

Cancellations 

Due to the fact that we aim to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, orders are fulfilled after an hour of being placed. This means you have an hour after placing the order to cancel it, any time after this orders unfortunately can not be cancelled, as we will have began to fulfil it. You may return your order to us as long as it is in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

Customs fees 

If your order is placed out of the UK, you may be liable for customs fees. These fees are placed by your local government and not by us, and must be paid by you in order to receive your items.
