Swatch X Blancpain Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms Watch - Ocean Of Storms Black

This timepiece, a collaborative creation between Blancpain and Swatch, pays tribute to the iconic Fifty Fathoms, known as the original diver's watch. Crafted with a black Bioceramic case and crown, it prominently displays the "Swatch" branding on the left side of its exterior. The watch features a sunbrushed black dial, which includes a date display between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. Enhanced with Grade A Super-LumiNova®, the hour markers, hands, and bezel scale provide excellent visibility in low light conditions. The bezel, made from black Bioceramic and featuring a unidirectional rotation, is paired with a biosourced glass treated for scratch resistance. The inner workings of the watch, driven by the SISTEM51 mechanical movement, are visible through transparent sapphire glass. This window showcases a digital print of the Oceanus Procellarum area on the moon and the Okenia Luna nudibranch. The reverse side of the watch bears five motivational phrases: "Passion for Diving," "Licence to Explore," "Ocean Breath," "Protect What You Love," and "Immerse Yourself." Completing its eco-conscious design, the NATO strap is fashioned from recycled fishing nets, and the pin buckle and loops are also made from Bioceramic material.
