If the order is placed outside of Great Britain, there may be additional customs charges which the customer will be responsible for paying. We are not liable to any refunds should the customs charge be refused. Shipping times are an estimate and in rare scenarios may be longer. We will always endeavour to provide the fastest shipping times possible.
Dispatch time
Please note that our shipping times do not include dispatch time. For your order to be dispatched the same day, it must be ordered by 3PM, any orders placed after this will be dispatched the next day. This means that for an order with 1-2 days express shipping placed after 3PM, the 1-2 days would begin the next day.
